Aaron Glaeske was born in Victoria, Texas, and spent his formative years in southwest Houston. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from Northwestern College in Watertown, Wisconsin, before continuing his ministerial studies at Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary in Mequon, Wisconsin. As part of his training, he completed an internship in Falls Church, Virginia, and later earned his Master of Divinity (M.Div.).
Aaron began his career in education as a high school English teacher before transitioning to pastoral ministry. Over the years, he has served congregations in multiple states, including Tennessee, California, and Texas. His leadership has extended beyond the pulpit, having served on regional youth discipleship committees, as a youth camp counselor, and as a regional conference chairman. He has also contributed to private school governance, church planting efforts, pastoral mentorship, and various church-wide initiatives.
Aaron and his wife, Kristin, are actively involved in the Victoria community. Kristin works in education, and their family has strong ties to VISD.
Beyond his professional and ministerial commitments, Aaron is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, fishing, and sports—especially football and baseball. He also has a passion for reading, particularly on topics of history, faith, and leadership.
With his extensive experience in the religious nonprofit sector and deep community connections, Aaron brings valuable leadership and a strong commitment to education and service to the VISD Education Foundation.
